Level: 32+ Overview •Taral V is, for all intents and purposes, an Imperial military base. After speaking with Jedi Master Oteg, it is learned that the team must go to the planet surface and recover the secret to freeing a Jedi prisoner. The SWTOR trailer video is much more detailed, this is a general overview. However, the Imperial forces aren’t all that’s standing in our way on the planet’s surface: plenty of indigenous jungle inhabitants are also a constant threat. After receiving word from Jedi Master Oteg, make your way to a ship waiting to take you down to Taral V. All four players in a group must “use” the ships door to signal that everyone is ready to go. Once done, it's go time! •Items of Interest: Telos Commendations Mission Objectives •Obtain the Gree computer from the Taral V fortress. Bonus Objectives •Destroy the Imperial Research Stations (8) •Defeat Jungle Monsters (20) •Defeat Imperial Forces (45) Captain Shivanek / Ripper •Overview: Imperial Officer wearing heavy armor and wielding a blaster rifle. Upon being engaged, Captain Shivanek releases his pet Jungle Skinflayer, Ripper. He has skills very similar to the Republic Trooper, including Missile, Stockstrike, and an unknown lightning strike. •Strategy: The main tank should draw aggro on Ripper, with a healer on him at all times. Ripper can be kited into exploding barrels that lay around the perimeter, however be mindful of adds that are nearby, drawing Ripper too close to them can aggro them, and you don't want extra crap to deal with. While Ripper is being kited and occupied, the rest of the team is focusing on burning down Captain Shivanek. This should be done as quickly as possible in order to aid in the death of Ripper. Once the Captain is down, the two tanks can sort of ping pong aggro on Ripper. If the two tanks are spread out enough, this gives him a long way to run to the other tank, therefore reducing damage done and thus reducing intensive healing. All DPS at this point should be focused on burning down Ripper, thus grasping victory over the encounter. Handler Gattan (Mini-Boss) •Overview: Humanoid that has two trained Vinecats that fight at his command. Armed with a blaster rifle. •Strategy: From what I can see so far, this is a basic tank and spank. First priority, Vinecats, than burn down Gattan. Imperial Mark IV Sentinel Droid •Overview: An elite, four-legged Droid backed up by two Imperial Watchmen. •Strategy: Again, not too much to worry about. Main tank draws aggro on Droid while rest of team takes down adds. Once adds are down, tear up the Droid and victory is ours! | ||

| Naab Miembro registrado #16 Unido: mar may 30 2006, 09:57Mensajes: 1617 | Ayer hicimos Taral V Maz,Mir Nikandro y yo,estuvo bien,todo bastante controlado hasta el ultimo boss 4 wipes y al quinto intento cayó.De Maelstorm Prison nos podemos ir olvidando hasta que algun tanke,Sherak o yo,llegue minimo a lvl 34,los mobs son elite 36,asi que hay que hincharse a hacer Taral V y Cademimu antes de ir. | ||
